I’m a VA, a Virtual Assistant, and I’m here to help you with your admin tasks so you can get on with your life.

As my job title suggests, I work virtually from my own home office. This means you don’t need to provide me with desk space, a computer, national insurance, sick pay or holiday pay. Instead, you can hire me on an hourly basis whenever you need me.

How do I work?

To start with, we’ll meet face to face or via Skype. Once we’ve had a chat and decided we’re a good fit to work together, you let me know how you’d like me to help you and I get on with it! We keep in touch using email or phone, and share information through Dropbox or similar, email or via the post. My clients come from all over the UK, as well as around the corner, so wherever you are, and whatever you do, we’ll work efficiently together.

During our time working together, I’ll keep in touch to let you know how your project is going and update you on hours spent so far so you can keep control of your costs.

As a responsible and professional VA, I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) so you can be sure that your data is in safe hands.

How can I help you?

  • Presentations / forms / Fillable-filed PDFs I create presentations and forms in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Do you need to send out forms or questionnaires to clients? Fillable-form PDFs is the quickest, easiest and most efficient way to do it
  • Receipts/ invoices/ expense reconciliation/ bookkeeping I collate your receipts and send your expenses to your accountant. I can also prepare, send and keep track of your invoices for you as well as chasing outstanding invoices.  I love a spreadsheet!
  • Transcribing with proofreading After that endless meeting, or recorded phone call, I can take your audio file and transcribe it, making sure action points are clear and it looks professional
